I just want to interject quickly to clarify that (I believe) @Gythral8PNC was agreeing with you and joining in with your appraisal of our service, rather than saying you were wrong.
I'll investigate your account shortly and provide some information on your speed. In terms of your billing - I'm sorry that you've been put into arrears - we do provide notification of your bill prior to taking the payment so that you can query any additional charges and/or make arrangements to cover the bill prior to debiting your bank account.

Firstly - your line is syncing up at 40mb/s so absolutely at the levels we'd expect. Could you please run a speed test via a device that's connected by an ethernet cable and let us know the outcome?
Secondly - You're right that the payment will usually leave your account five working days after the invoice date. Could you please let me know which invoice month this didn't happen for so that I can investigate further?
