i was totally amazed at the speed of service from yourselves, in changing my calling features, it took ony 20 minutes. what makes this even more appreciated is the fact we changed from talk talk whose service was as good as non existant. i will have no problem at all in recomending yourselves to my friends and family. once again thanks for such a prompt and compitent service
