Inbound phone system is back-to-broke again. Business number going through to home team, again.
Music on hold is too loud. Both the volume and choice of noise are a bit much. Minimum volume is still a bit deafening. Getting a bit fed up of "Ooooh, make me feel niiice. Make me feel guuuud. Make me feel na-iiice.", and "whoooaaaoo-oh-oh-oooaahhh, oh oh OOOOOAAHH. Myyy guuuy".
There's a lad at one of my customers who says "my guy, my guy" after everything and it bugs the [-Censored-] out of me.
