is there an email contact address for account queries? I find the web site so awful, getting an answer to my question. Jess has a go, but at the end of the day its a robot. I need an answer on why my call plan has sneakily gone up from £2 to £3. No notice email, just sneak it out of my account. Its October, and it has just been noticed on the bill, but September is the same.
Are you allowed to change the deal without notice? Don`t seem fair to me, and if I do not get it back to £2, will look into leaving. Its just the same.. sneaky bastard increases!! well angry

You should have been notified about the increase sometime in July or thereabouts with an email headed "Important information about your Plusnet service" sent to your contact email address
