Yesterday afternoon I had to contact customer service due to an error that I had made.
My call was answered immediately by a chap called Carl/Karl. He was knowledgeable, helpful and dealt with all my questions quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner.
Because of this experience (and the perfect internet connection I have had in the last 18 months) I would not hesitate to recommend Plusnet to friends and family.
