just wanted to start 2013 by raising the issue covered many times before.
come on plusnet, it would be really nice to see a loyalty scheme with some benefits just for your long standing customers.
its fine to attract new customers with offers and i can appreciate why this is done.
but, i do believe it is time to reward those that stay, or is is that by staying a long time it is considered that the good service is reward enough!

Hows about you recommending people to PN.
Then get either 50p or 75p off per month depending on which Broadband package they take out plus 50p off per month if they take out a telephone package.
Works reasonably well for me 🙂
