just a question, should my plusnet fibre broadband be EVER slower than the regular broadband i had before with SKY? I am using the same wireless laptop has i used before, and while downloading from a certain site, with sky i was getting 600Kbs, Now with Plusnet fibre i'm getting150Kbs.(even wired)
by the way downloading the same thing from my brothers pub, (on BT INFINITY) on same laptop, getting download of 2500Kbs, (1pm)
only time i get a good download speed at home is about 3a.m. in morning .did i choose wrong supplier?
junction box from house is approx 100metres!

Hi there,
We'd certainly not expect speeds like that to be the norm for FTTC.
As per my reply to your ticket could you raise this as a fault please? https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
Feel free to post back here afterwards if you need any further assistance.
