have to add that I am really happy with the feedback from plusnet after my post here in this forum, I have got 2 phone calls, one email and one text to confirm the engineer's visit. pretty impressive for me. keep it up

everything went fine with the activation of my phone line, the engineer from openreach BT came just after 13:30 and I currently have a working line. So, I am counting 5 working days till internet comes
But when I visit my account in the member section I get:
Home Phone Control Panel not available

how long does it take things to be updated in the member section?
