Thank you for the guidance on welfare case support. The page you linked to has a reference to filling in an application form ... which leads to the portal login page ... which after login gives no hint to how / where the application form is. Has this got lost with the portal refresh?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
