I'm sorry you haven't been able to get this set up yet. Upon signup you were presented with an option to enter your email address. If you leave this blank, we create your mailboxes for you. As you filled this in, we didn't create any.
You can change this by logging into the Member Centre, clicking on 'Email Settings' then 'Manage My Mail'. I've done this for you and created a mailbox with the address <yourfirstname>@<yourusername>.plus.com. You can access this using your normal account username and password. It looks like you've already had a go at setting it up but if you had any trouble you can view our setup guides here.
