no e mail or web mail since connecting friday

Dear group and team......my new domain name is still not working..worked for a week then stopped.
Now logging onto web mail using a different user name and password.PLEASE what is going on?at Plus Net I am still very unhappy.

       Dear group and network team.......Just to tell you that I just managed to log on to the e mail server using barrie@****.co.uk
and also to web mail using ********** my password...many thanks to all concerned and also for the comments.Barrie g4yjs.
