moved to plusnet a month ago and for the last 8 days phone line been down with no explanation. Not too happy I switched.

Hi there,
Really sorry to hear of the problem you're having. I've just taken a look at your account and can see this issue was reported to us 2 days ago, we tested and reported it through to Openreach on the same day. At the moment we're being told the resolution should happen on the 16th.
