the back up service is useless,cant get through on phone cant find a direct email address to report problems absolute garbage

You need to raise a question online. They don't accept emails because emails are easily lost/deleted and hence not fully traceable.

Sorry to hear about the problem with your service.
Having just made a few checks the connection seems to be dropping out frequently which is why you've been seeing the router login screen. (please see the graph below which shows this)
The details you would need to enter there by the way should be "Administrator" for the username with the router's serial number being the password.
I can see you've raised a ticket using the link jelv provided, however I'd urge you to raise this using our online faults troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net
I know that's asking more from yourself but that will save on a good deal of back and forth between you and ourselves as it will make sure we have all the information we need to deal with the issue for you.
