I have received an email saying that caller display is now free,it was 99 pence per month.The broadband charge has increased by £1 per month .Is Plusnet taking the Michael or have I read it incorrectly.

depends on which way you do your accounting.....
on the face of it... your charges have increased by 1p
However... if you never used "caller I.D." then you have been ripped off by paying for a "service" you did not need.

And the fact is that OFCOM has banned the charging for caller display , plusnet are not giving it to you free

You will notice though that the increase is only a small £1. I was not previously aware that £1 can come in more than one size. I must try to get out more.

Yes, it's only a small 10% rise on my bill. I'm hoping for a small 10% pay rise this year, so I'll be alright.
