I had a recent problem - ancient router had gone down - and Simon [removed] on phone patiently took me through all checks before arranging new router - which arrived quick and worked 1st time - up and running and very grateful for great service.
Having said all that - I found the process of leaving this acknowledgement could have been made a lot easier and less time consuming!
But big thanks anyway.
