"Approaching your broadband usage allowance" email made me smile!
A little background information. I'm currently using the Value 10GB limit product (half price for 9 months 
) so of course I have to keep an eye on the usage clock.
Last night I received the reminder email at 23:26 on the 10th March (I reckon the automated email gets triggered when a user goes over the 8GB mark).
34 minutes later I started my next month's quota! For some reason it just made me chuckle
I'll be moving to Unlimited (£9.99) as soon as my current offer comes to an end
How long can I leave the change to the new product if my invoice date is on the 11th of a month? Especially as I'm not moving to Fibre, as I don't have to wait for the BT guys to come round
