I have got -again- a broadband fault yesterday. Waited till this morning to initiate the checks. Called PN Support to report the fault.
What I got is a hardly understandable message during which I clearly understood you had currently experiencing difficulties -good!- and you asked me to raise a ticket over Internet. >:(!
And you hung up
:(!
I am sure you will agree this is not an appropriate support and I just wonder whether I have been taken for an idiot.
A few years back I had a 7-8Mbs line working fine. For about 2 years now my line has an history of performance which looks like a roller-coaster though I invested to maintain good quality equipment. I have now a link which goes from 3 to 6Mbs as my link is regularly reset, SNR being most of the time between 9-13. Is there anything I can do but move?
Patrice
PS: the 'good' point in that story is that I have been so much frustrated by these repeated failures so I bought a T Mobile 3G USB stick which gives me a back up when this BT line fails. 2GBP a day though.
