The speed figures aren't just the download speed - upload is a significant factor too.
With 35 down & 1.6 up, I see "faster than 83%"; with 35 down and 8 up, I see "faster than 95%".

Before uncapping, note the upload speed.



After uncapping, my upload speed has tripled.
And my ping has reduced.

Your upload speed is factored into the " **% faster than the uk" too, it's not just the download speed.

After being messed about by yet another ISP i have decided to stay with PN.
I am happy with the speeds i am getting now and i can get FTTC in march so it makes sense to stay (for now)

Yes you can if the BT wholesale site says so. What speed is it estimating ?
Just highlighting the new improved Plusnet  FTTC packages go live tomorrow  with the increased speed options
