Re: slightly concerned about peak times.

Hi Blim,
The fault ticket has closed as Chris has mentioned above. I've created a new ticket on your account now. Could you please run the BT Speedtester at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com including 'Further Diagnostics'?
Once I've got that logged on our side, I can then raise a fault with our suppliers and look at getting an engineer booked. The ticket created on your account is: 68456617.

Re: slightly concerned about peak times.

I will do those speed test. You will see them at full speed, even when I'm seeing lag and ping spikes, getting DC'ed from servers, rubberbanding and random frezzing while connected to servers in peek times.
Your tell me there isnt a problem I'll get angry again! then we will be back to sqare one.

Im happy to do what you say but Its clear nothing is wrong with my line and doing a bandwidth test isn't going to shed any like on the lag, ping spikes or packetloss in peek times.

There have been more than one problem. At one point I was getting slow download speed and high latency but now its just the peek time high latency. It starts with some random ping spikes and as it gets later in the day it turns into 3x + my norm ping.

Re: slightly concerned about peak times.

Blim,
I'm only asking for them as our suppliers will only turn me back asking for them.
Even if the speeds show as normal, there is a lot of other information that I can use from the results. If you could let me know once you've done that for me, I'll push on from there.

Re: slightly concerned about peak times.

Ok I understand, but I'll wait untill the problem occurs and I'm not at work.... I'm not going to be able to do this instantly but then again I might be able to do them tonight.
Thanks for your quick reply.

Re: slightly concerned about peak times.

No worries at all, drop me a message on here or on the ticket once you've done them. The ticket is my personal pool so there's no risk of it closing Smiley

Re: slightly concerned about peak times.

Do you think its getting any better?
This one below is BT infinity

This guy seems so have a bit of packetloss so my line is more stable in that regards. I believe the spikes are for the same reason as the packetloss and the fult lies in his connection but if you over see the line fult you can clearly see BT are not having problems at peak time as PN do.
