Nope, not a record. It's the standard speed you get when you have trouble with your line causing multiple resyncs. It's also around the speed you get if you have gone over the allowance for your product.
1. Can you can confirm you haven't gone over the allowance: https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php
2. Can you run the BT speedtest: http://speedtester.bt.com/
3. Have you got filters on all equipment on any extensions on your phone line including Sky boxes?
4. Can you post the stats from your router - sync speed, noise margin and attenuation please.

Hi,
1) I can confirm I havent gone over my allowance, I have used free time which I understand does not count.
2) I have used the speed checker, at 4am this morning it was 135 kbps download and 375 kbps upload.
3) I dont have a sky box and all filters supplied with the router have been fitted.
4) I am not sure what information you want from the router, please tell me how to get it and I will gladly give you the information.
Regards
Please advise

Is there any background noise when you use your phone?
What make/model of router do you have?

Hi John,
I can see a number of short connections so it does look like an intermittent issue has caused your line profile to drop. Could you try testing the connection with just the router plugged in to the master socket? If it still drops when that's the case then you'll need to raise us a fault at http://faults.plus.net and we'll pass that to BT Wholesale for investigation.
