system took 2 minutes to give me a place in the queue, then reported i has 44 in the queue.

almost 45 minutes waiting to get to 14.

To bring back Tickets PN would have to employ more Staff which costs them money  BUT they dont want to spend on customer support

I just tried and got 47 in the queue after a long wait. Gave up.

a reply from plusnet wasn't the point of the thread.
the point was to highlight that even at 10 in the morning the queues are not workable.

i'm sure we'll get the eventual "we're sorry" post though.

Why are these chat boxes not movable on my screen? Surely it doesn't have to cuddle up to the bottom of my monitor.

Is this yet another feature?

you can pop out the chat window
