usage

is there any reason why yesterday i downloaded 700mb and on my usage chart it says 1.4gb.
i had a email saying im close to my limit i then checked the chart it said 1.2gb straight after i switched my router off and just turned it on now and it saying 1.4gb
looking through some of it its happened a couple of times
answer please?

First - the usage system always lags an hour or so behind the actual usage.
Second - was this downloaded via P2P such as bit torrent

Checking the usage logs it's showing that you downloaded 1.1GB yesterday and uploaded 300MB. Both upload and download are taken into account when you see the usage figures.
If you like I can get you the hour by hour upload and download if that's helpful?

was just a download on my xbox of around 300mb and one on my ps3 of 400mb then just my normal playing usage which is normally 200-330mb
hence why i questioned it
chris yes if you wouldnt mind please as i know for sure no one is hopped on my router
i was wrong to think 15gb a month was enough for gaming good job its a 12 month contract

thanks chris werid i still cant believe i download/uploaded all that though

interesting read jim i was unaware i set-up myself and have my own hardware
if the usage was better i probably would think about staying as the customer service is very good but at £20pm or 10pm with sky and better usage i know which im goona choose
