Access to online services and sites - UPDATE

This is an update to yesterday's post regarding issues accessing some online sites and services.

Further to this post, we're aware that this morning (15th July) some customers are experiencing issues accessing most sites and may be receiving errors stating that 'DNS resolution failed' or similar.

Our engineers are currently investigating and we'll provide a further update as it's available.

This is an update to the earlier post regarding connection problems and issues accessing online sites and services.

We've identified and resolved this morning's issue causing the majority of the connection problems and DNS errors.

There are some customers may still be experiencing issues when attempting to access some sites and services.

Our engineers are currently investigating these remaining issues and we'll provide a further update as it's available.

We're currently aware of an issue affecting some customers causing them to be unable to use some online services and some gaming services.

Our engineers believe they have identified the core problem, and a fix has now been applied. We are now monitoring the service to ensure that there are no further issues. As a result, we will keep this status open until Wednesday.

This is an update to the previous post regarding an issue affecting some customers causing them to be unable to access some online sites and services. Unfortunately we're receiving reports this morning of customers having similar problems.
