Thanks for your patience over the last few weeks whilst we've had to reduce the operating hours on our webchat service. This was a really hard decision for us but now we're in a better position and therefore from Tuesday next week, will be back to full operating hours. We'll have slightly reduced hours on Monday morning but then we're back to normal.
This evening: Due to resource levels we need to close webchat at 9pm
Next week
Mon: 09:00 - 22:00 - due to resource levels we've taken the decision not to switch webchat on until 9am
Tue - Sun: 07:30 - 22:00
