We're aware of an issue where if you have an open ticket (also known as a "Question"), you may not see a banner in the homepage of your broadband account online to view it.
We're working hard to resolve this and bring back the open ticket banner as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if we've sent you an e-mail with a Question reference, you'll be able to view it online by clicking on the "Review this Question" button at the bottom.
Alternatively, you can click here > https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search to view all your open tickets.
