Never had a connection problem with All4 until yesterday, since then have been getting the message on the tv..
There has been a problem connecting to All4. Please try again later.
So clearly a problem at their end but if any of you get All4 are you getting this same issue .?
Just wondering if it’s a local problem or it’s down everywhere.
Not been able to find any info about this on the internet.

Wouldn't it have been more useful / simpler to try it on one of those three smart TVs you said you had not long ago @shutter ?
I've not used All4 for ages, but after doing a password reset and logging in I tried it for you on my Samsung TV.
It worked fine, the selected episode of 'Brass Eye' started playing after a couple of ads and ran OK for a few minutes until I stopped it.

Thanks for the responses.
I have a LG tv. The settings option informs me everything is up to date and is set on automatic update.
The tv is about 7 years old so not sure if that has any relevance, tried to get All4 on my tablet which just gives me a message that ‘ something went wrong’
Typical that I was halfway through a series (Cry Wolf).
Seems from comments others have had problems but they sound more like connection problems.

Contacted All4 and they were quick to get back to me with various suggestions what I needed to do was reset the tv back to its basic settings and go through the menu to set everything up, during that process All4 gave me a option of updating which was not previously available, so everything is up and working fine now.
