I have been trying to connect to a smart plug and bulb and I tried everything and can't connect it was fine on other network before just big problem now if anyone can help I appreciate it

Assuming you have a Hub 2 router, then temporarily disable the 5ghz wifi, connect the smart devices and then re-enable the 5ghz. Some devices are 2,4 ghz only and don't like the two wifi bands with the same name
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
