Email constantly either Loading or Refreshing

My emails are not loading, Mainly showing  Loading or Refreshing occassionally IMAP for server failed.

Only one folder  listed (not allways).

Logged off and on again, Restarted computer. Only remady left to me is Kick IT

Thanks John, at least I know I'm not alone, Reading the other thread time may well be the healer.
