I have an Honor 5c phone running Android 7. Mobile data no longer works - I get a No Data Package message.

I was with PlusNet until this week before changing to GiffGaff - same message with both providers.

I understand mobile data should work with Android 7 until Sept 2024. Am I missing a setting on my phone somewhere?
