Try a different browser, then.
I recommend Firefox.

Different browser = different cache.
What is the problem web site and how does the problem manifest itself?
If its truly a problem related to your cache, then its nothing to do with Plusnet.
Perhaps you need to delete some cookies?

I was going to ask those questions, @VileReynard , but the OP seems reluctant to explain the problem?

@Jean3 Download and install..... CCleaner..... Run it.... ... this will clear a load of rubbish from your computer..... it may take some time.... so be prepared for that... once it has finished.... try your website again... hopefully it should be quick to re-appear..
I use CCleaner at least twice or three times a week.... generally, I use it before closing down at the end of the day.. so the next day is like a new computer,.
Another one you could use, FreeInternetEraser ....

Try checking on new incognito window where you will find on the browser menus. If this does not work it is probably your ISP provider. They store there own cache and update it daily. You may have to wait till it updates
