Folks, Questions re Sagem 2704 router WPS.
1) Does this router support the WPS PIN method of connection, if so where can I find the WPS PIN?
2) Does the WPS disable option (adv settings) only disable the WPS button, or disable the WPS signal as well?
3) If WPS button is not used, or if the WPS is disabled, can I still connect a new HP printer using the Hp Easy wireless setup utility ?
4) Is the WPS signal separate from the Wi-fi signal, and how do I know its on?
Ta

Hopefully this will help https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/router-user-guides/2704n/
This is a very old device, not thought of getting something newer?

It's many years since I used this ancient device but if I remember correctly

No

It disables the WPS button. The WPS is only active for a short time, say a minute or so before it self cancels.

I have no idea but you should be able to find the hub SSID if the printer set up menu shows you the available wireless networks

It's independant but obviously you can't use it unless wireless is switched on. The WPS light will illuminate for the short period that it's active.
