TP-Link AX3000 not working with full fibre

Hi folks,
I have a TP-LINK AX300 and I've just had the full fibre installed.
Yet, I can't get any internet access through it. It's all plugged in and set up correctly but nothing I've tried will give us online access!
The openreach engineer fitted everything, ran his tests, said everything was working and left the rest up to me to figure out.
Anyone got any help/advice on how I can get us back online?

I've fixed it now!
I was apparently trying to set it up the wrong way!
D'oh!
