I would suggest you check out KeePass databases as a freeware alternative.

+1 for Keepass. I've used it for a few years now, on Windows, Linux and Android. I keep a 'master' copy of the database file on my Linux desktop and just copy the file to other devices.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I already signed up to BitWarden, seemed to have all the things I wanted and a good rep. We'll see how it pans out. So far the integration is a little less smooth than say Google Password manager, but its not a deal breaker. 

 

Still not decided on which VPN I plan on getting though. Its not made easier by the fact there seem to be an equal amount of people for each of the VPN's I was interested in basically saying its awful and not fit for purpose and those that say its the greatest thing since sliced bread...
