No it isn't, the only thing as good as turning it off, is turning it off!
Perhaps a more useful thing to say was nothing at all if you don't know the answer.

Stage one log onto router 192.168.1.1
Configuration
This section lets you configure your BT Voyager 2110 Wireless base station.
You will be prompted to enter a User Name and Password before you can open any of the pages in the Configuration section. By default, both User Name and Password are set to admin
