@henryj Are all your devices connected by cables to the router/hub? Wi-Fi is connecting via wireless, as things such as mobile phones/tablets are. Broadband actually refers to the way the signals get to to your Hub.

You can run a wired connection and a wireless connection simultaneously, normally on different devices.
Wired is faster and more reliable.
