I think this is the first End of Day I've done since the upgrade to the Community Site, why do Wordpress move all the buttons around? It all looks very fancy, just need to make sure I can find everything. So what do we have to tell you about today? Let's start off with Rohan from the Provisioning Team:
Evening to one and all, from the Provisioning Team.
This has got to be one of our best weeks with the whole team pulling together and really pulling out some exceptional work to keep all our Provisions under control and within SLA, with the team working this hard we could not ask for more. "I honestly think it's the effects of the up and coming Valentine's day being felt in the Department that's making them work this hard."
For those that don't know the Provisioning team has been recently equipped with some new "tools" to improve our customers Phone Provisioning experience and this has been a major step forward for Plusnet as a whole.
For this the Provisioning Department will like to say thanks to all the developers and the Comms Team that worked on this Project, and making our lives a little easier.
Next is Jimbo from the Comms Team:
It's been your usual busy day in the Comms Team today.
I've mainly been focusing on our forums along with some training work. Mand and Chris have been looking after some project work, whereas Bob decided he was going home early. Apparently his being on call is a perfectly acceptable excuse! Matt's been making some rather strange noises and attacking the Red Dude.
