It's nearly the end of the week and it's nearly time to go home. Just got the End of Day to finish off and that's me done for Thursday. Always seems a little odd writing this when it isn't a Friday, means the weekend isn't here yet. Oh well let's kick things off with our only entry of the day Adam from the Customer Options Team:
Today the Customer Options Team has been a bit of a manic one, we have had a couple of people off sick which has made the department a little busy for a Thursday!
The day is thankfully drawing to a close soon and I think the whole team deserves a pat on the back and a beer for the hard work and effort that has been put in today. The highlight of the day was Laura returning to the building after lunch with a brand new set of fairy wings! Personally I think she may be a few sandwiches short of a picnic!? As I write this she would also like me to point out that they are "PINK" wings, not too sure if that makes them any better than non-pink fairy wings....Maybe someone could enlighten me because I don't get it! (Ed: me neither)
On a whole, not too bad a day here in Team COT but I have to admit that I'm looking forward to my day off tomorrow!

With only one entry I was going to add a bit from the Business Improvement Team, but Luke and Rich have (sensibly) already left, Maria is still here deep in contemplation completing end of year reviews and working on a new process for signups. I've been in lots of meetings, working on TR-069 testing, adding a new sig to Ellacoya for iPlayer HD, creating a number of reports and lots of other random stuff. And that's it, I'm off to do some shopping before heading home. Looks like tomorrow will be another busy day, I might even get a start on the things I had planned to do on Monday. It's all good fun.
