Need help sorting out outstanding bills and credit

I've moved all 3 of my numbers from Plusnet to another provider. Unfortunately I cancelled my DD immediately after moving to avoid horror stories of people being charged months after leaving. I can see I have an outstanding bill on two of the numbers and a credit on the third. I'd like to sort this out asap. I've called 0800 079 1133 but this is permanently engaged.
