Plusnet Mobile still billing me after moving to EE

Hi,
I would like to request help from Plusnet Help Team to look at my account. I recently moved from Plusnet Mobile to EE but I am still receiving bills. My account says I am in credit and I would like to request that this money is be paid back to my card.

It is normal to get up to two monthly bills following the move. The first will show a credit, sometime after that the credit will be refunded back to your bank account (assuming the DD is still active) , the second will show the credit and an equal charge (for the refund) giving a balance of zero!. That should be the lat bill received.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi. I'm having the same problem. Receiving invoices for a few months now after leaving Plusnet Mobile for EE. Phoned last time, and said it would be corrected, but still received an invoice for this month!! Help!!
