Sim isn't working and need a pac code/to speak to plusnet

Trying to switch to a new plan but my sim isn't working, so can't message or call to get a pac code.  Would also like to speak to someone at plusnet as well, is there not a live chat anymore?

If you log into your PN Mobile Portal you can request a PAC code from there (if I recall correctly).
