Yesterday I changed from BT to Plusnet Unlimited Fiber extra and now my modem for my heater will not accept the new signal from plusnet. After checking with the aeroflow supplier I understand there are two signals coming into the home and I think they will need splinting. Has anyone had experience of this issue ?

The Plusnet hub 2 wifi bands can not be split. Devices ought to be able to handle this but some can't. Assuming the Aeroflow uses the 2.4ghz band, then login to the Hub , disable the 5ghz band and then try connecting the Aeroflow. Once it's connected you should be able to re-enable the 5ghz band
