BT Wholesale Speed Test additional diagnostics

I am currently on the Fibre product, so I have just broadband and no landline.

In the Additional Diagnostic section of the BT Wholesale Speed Test it requires either a Broadband Service ID (BBEU), an Access Line ID (ALID), or a telephone number.
I do not have a telephone number any longer so how do I find out my BBEU or ALID for the test?

I have not seen this quoted on any documentation from Plusnet.

@ToeKnee60 I can't remember, but is there a 'UPRN' option on there? If so, try this site: https://www.findmyaddress.co.uk/search

There has never been a good answer to  Where to find BBEU or ALID for Plusnet FTTP connections ?

even from bobpullen or Gandalf  but at least you can see what has been tried before !

Re: BT Wholesale Speed Test additional diagnostics

Thanks for letting me know me know my BBEU Bob.

When I ran the additional diagnostic test I got:

Summary Advanced Test

Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information.

I often used to get that by entering my telephone number when I still had a landline, so I think that the diagnostics are just a bit buggy.
I will try again another day.

Re: BT Wholesale Speed Test additional diagnostics

Given the incresing number of Full Fibre and internet only copper lines is ther a case for this information being made available in the Members Portal or, at least, a link to request the information.
