@pjmarsh I can reach the Japanese site no problem from a link @mmoths22  sent via PM, but I'm not on Plusnet.

Re: Blue light, asks for sign in for http website

@jab1, do you want to send it on to me and I'll give it a go from a Plusnet connection?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Blue light, asks for sign in for http website

It works ok on my Plusnet connection, but gives me the following when using my work laptop, which is proxied through zScaler:

Host Not Found

DNS error (the host name of the page you are looking for does not exist) or Server did not accept the connection.

Please check that the host name has been spelled correctly.

Re: Blue light, asks for sign in for http website

You can try google "no http website". And try the website list that with Http.

I have tried to open the many website that use http locate in different country and language. All of them relocate me to sign in page.

I just get the reply from landlord, he confirm no the bills are all up to date. He had tried the hotline and didn't help.

Really no idea why its happen.

So it isn't a PN block then?

Re: Blue light, asks for sign in for http website

No.  Oddly I just changed it to https on my work laptop, it then redirected me to http and worked on there.

As I say though, on another laptop which hasn't got anything else interfering with the connection, it works fine straight away, over my Plusnet connection.

Re: Blue light, asks for sign in for http website

@mmoths22 I'm sorry, but this is not my area of expertise, and as @pjmarsh has had no issues either, I can't think of any other useful guidance I can offer.
