Hi,
I got the email from Plusnet, the phone line was activated which was on yesterday, Do you know when the broadband gets activated?
Is it same time as the phone line ?

@shihas06 Have you plugged in and tried your Hub? Your broadband should have completed by midnight last night.

@jab1 Not Yet, I was waiting for the broadband activation email as mentioned in the welcome email. do I need to wait ?

@shihas06 Plug it in, try it. If it doesn't connect, come back and say so. You can't do any unrepairable damage.

If there's a stopped BT line at the address we can reactivate quickly within 24 hours, we'd generally activate the phone line first then place the broadband order as that's usually quicker than placing a simultaneous order.
