I take it from the above couple of posts that your only useful connection to the internet is your mobile phone - I discount TVs and games kit.

I don't see why a line reset could possibly take 10 days? That just sounds like a way to get rid of a customer for a couple of weeks rather than fixing a problem.
Anyway, with an upload speed of only 0.8Mbps it is very easy to saturate the upload. With the video doorbell, TV, and hive kit I wonder whether the router itself is just getting busy with internal traffic plus the limited upload buffering.

I've asked one of my mates to check the setup we got as he installs all the the stuff for business etc. If nothing can be done to get it better will cancel the plus net as not worth having it if I can't use it if that's makes sense.
Thanks for everyone's help tho, much appreciate

"I don't see why a line reset could possibly take 10 days?"
Isn't that how long a DSL service can take, (up to), for the DLM to do its thing?
.

Is it possible to borrow a laptop - for some reason the phone interface for the router data seems to be 'limited'. If you cancel your PN contract, none of your kit will work properly.

If left to its own devices the DLM could take a couple of weeks to gradually raise the line speed back to a pre-error level. That's why people ask for a manual reset - that returns it almost instantly (of course if the errors are still observed it will drop again).
I guess that by saying it takes 10 days it means Plusnet don't actually have to do (or pay) anything.

I believe a DLM reset restarts the 10 day 'training period', so Openreach will not accept any faults until that has expired!
