Hi, it's of course very cold weather today, and my broadband seems to have gone off overnight, and won't reconnect.
I text a plusnet phone number ending 121 with "HELP" that is supposed to test the line, but it hasn't replied with anything at all.
Not sure what to do? Thanks for any help
