Broadband service outage Dunstable 04.08.2022

Since the morning 04.08.2022 our broadband is down, which I need for work.
The Plusnet service status page shows no faults.
However the text service check returns a "fault in your area" reply.
Anyone else experiencing the same or has information about this?

Returns BT82358 and BT82346 faults.

OK, so there is a local network issue. The PN service status only shows major faults - i.e. ones which affect a whole town/city, or a large part of one.

How accurate are those estimates for fault fixing?

Pessimistic, in most cases, unless they find further issues.
