DLM reset

Can someone reset the DLM on my line and turn off interleaving? My speed has been stuck on 67 mbps for a while and my ping has increased.

my ping has increased more and now it's difficult for me to get into call of duty matches.

The problem is now fixed. My ping is back to normal.
