 @superuser this is the log from our side http://visualradius.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image16767391865979.png so there is still a problem. I'm guessing we are going to have to get another engineer out.

I've got an appointment booked in for you tomorrow between 8AM & 1PM for an engineer to come and round investigate the fault further. I'm going to send a ticket to our faults team but you're more than welcome to come back here after if you do need anything Smiley
