End of Contract - New Contract

Hi
My contract expires on the 27th but what happens on the 28th? As it is, I am probably going to switch over to full fibre, so what "package" will I be on between the end of this contract and full fibre installation?

You will stay on your current (presumably FTTC) package, but at the full out-of-contract price - i.e. you will lose any discounts.

Nothing about what you are getting now will change when the existing contract expires - so your "package" will remain as it is.
However your billing will change to the current prices at the "out-of-contract" rate for the services you are subscribed to.

If you logon to the members centre you should see the exact out of contract price on the home page.

Is Full Fibre available from Openreach or from one of the alternative suppliers?
If OR, there's nothing to stop you upgrading now other than if your phone number is important to you. You'd need to look into VOIP first to have an idea of what to do when PN FF arrives.

Click the 'My Account' tab at the top of the forum, select 'Broadband, Phone & TV' then log in.
